Abstract

The contributions to the workshop on radiation exposure of civil aircrew held in Luxembourg in June 1991 are presented. The papers discuss topics relating to the themes of radiation environment, in-flight instrumentation, in-flight measurements, dosimetry, biological effects and radiological control. The question as to whether aircrew have to be considered as occupationally exposed workers because of the problem of cosmic radiation is examined.
