Abstract

This pamphlet is a project summary produced as part of the FLAIR-FLOW Europe scheme for the dissemination of information from the FLAIR programme. FLAIR (Food Linked Agro-Industrial Research) is the first EU dedicated food research programme at European level. The key scientific areas highlighted as priorities for the programme are assessment and enhancement of food quality and diversity, food hygiene, safety and toxicology, and nutrition and wholesomeness. This publication also contains a list of the technical documents published by the programme since 1991.
