In this document some arguments which support the validity of the modified two-interstitial model are discussed, and it is mentioned that no single result is known which supports the one-interstitial model. It is shown through measurements of radiation enhanced diffusion in alloys and in nickel that the migration activation energy of point defects decreases with increasing high energy particle flux.
