Assessing information services : The network of National Awareness PartnersFunded under: FP3-VALUE 2
The competitiveness of European business and industry is increasingly dependent on the accessibility and reliability of information. Changes in information technology have brought about significant improvements to the quality of information and the speed with which it is supplied to users. There are, however, still obstacles to the use of information services and the realisation of a European information market. The network of National Awareness Partners (NAPs) helps to overcome these barriers by providing information and advice within the member states on all aspects of information services.
