This report describes some of the technical activities of the Fusione Inerziale project 1992-93. Theoretical activity is focused on stability and radiation confinement of rough surfaces in indirectly driven ICF targets, and on spherical targets for indirect laser fusion. Experimental activities include work on the ABC laser system, amplifiers and other components, focusing optics, target fabrication, data acquisition system and diagnostics. The EAGLE (ENEA Advanced Glass Laser Equipment) system for laser matter interaction studies at high power density is also reported.
