Study of the behaviour of Cd, Zn metallothioneins as function of the addition of Cd and/or Zn by differential pulse polarography
The use of differential pulse polography (DPP) allows the distinction of the chemical forms of metallothioneins and makes it easy to follow the chemical evolution of the species. In the metal addition experiments, four different metallothioneins of two origins were used: Horse kidney and rabbit liver, rIsoforms I and II. These metallothioneins initially contain different concentrations of metal.
