Microbiology of food and cosmetics in Europe 1993 : Yesterday's projects and today's reality
The symposium organised in June 1993 by the Environment Institute, Food and Drug Analysis Unit, was intended to provide an opportunity for an exchange of ideas and information between researchers and experts from various nations. The proceedings contain a collection of papers in Italian and English. Areas covered include: safety of foods of marine origin; biopreservation of food in international commerce; hygiene practice; microbial ecology of food; good manufacturing practices for cosmetics.
