Fuzzy information in multicriteria environmental evaluation models
The spatial issue of environmental problems can be examined from the viewpoint of local trends causing global effects and global trends leading to local effects. This study focuses on regional spatial dimensions of environmental management. It mainly concerns the issues of fuzzy information in multicriteria evaluation methods for environmental management problems. Starting with a matrix showing the impacts of different courses of action, a fuzzy clustering procedure aimed at indicating the interest groups is used.
