This paper describes the results of calibration measurements performed on the World Photovoltaic Scale (WPVS) sample set, which consists of 20 encapsulated reference cells belonging to 11 world-wide PV calibration laboratories. The calibration consisted of recording the current voltage (I-V) characteristics with 2 large area single pulsed solar simulators, simulator flash-decay calibration (recording the irradiance, Isc and Voc using the soft decay of the light pulse) and the determination of temperature coefficients and the absolute spectral responsivity. The spread in the measurement results between the different measurement system is less than 1.3% for Isc, 0.6% for Voc and 1.3% for Pmax.
