Investigation of capacity effects in BSF-cells under pulsed illumination
This paper describes a measurement method to investigate capacitance effects in silicon solar cells under transient light conditions. The measurements of time dependent space charge effects in high efficiency and high resistivity silicon solar cells are done on different high capacitance photovoltaic (PV) devices such as back surface field (BSF) cells. The space charges are generated by pulsed light.
