Advances in Laser Applications for high Temperature Thermophysical Measurements in Ceramics
Laser applications for measurements of thermophysical properties of ceramic materials have been reviewed in this paper. Melting point, thermodynamic transitions, radiative properties, calorimetry and heat diffusivity measurements have been presented, based on recent investigations and developments carried out in the laboratories of the Karlsruhe Joint Research Centre of the European Commission.
