The techno-world : European societies between competitive power and new social contractFunded under: FP2-FAST 3
This document contains a series of papers and interviews published in various periodicals since the end of the 80s. These concern the role of enterprises, the role of states, the position of Europe in the world, and the policies allowing reconciliation of all interests. They identify the new market, scientific and economic logics of the end of the century in an approach clearly turned on the future and show that the construction of a Europe of regions is possible if the integration process is not only conducted by the state and financial oligarchies, but if the citizens are mobilised to build a democratic Europe.
