Good practice in managing transnational technology transfer networks : 10 years of experience in the SPRINT programme : Two volumesFunded under: IS-SPRINT 1
This manual, published in two parts, provides advice and guidance to transnational technology transfer networks and to commercial technology brokers and regional development agencies. It describes good practices in the establishment, management and marketing of networks that have proved to be effective tools for accelerating the spread of new technologies in the economies of member states and for promoting their uptake by SMEs. The first part contains the subject papers and deals with a large number of general networking issues. The second part contains a series of case histories illustrating many of the areas covered by the subject papers, based on the practical experience of existing network partners.
