Abstract

Workshops have been carried out in the following areas:
a new way to compute charged fusion products trajectories (application to the detection of 3 MeV protons);
energy measurement of fast ions trapped in the toroidal magnetic field ripple of Tore Supra during ion cyclotron resonance frequency (ICRF) heating;
theoretical and experimental investigation of ergodic divertor operation on Tore Supra;
diagram of collisional regimes for particle diffusion in a stochastic magnetic field;
correlation lengths of electrostatic turbulence;
parametric analysis of internal magnetic fluctuations in the Tore Supra Tokamak;
local density fluctuation dependencies in Tore Supra Tokamak L mode plasmas;
high-resolution X-ray line spectroscopy on the Tore Supra Tokamak (a powerful tool for plasma diagnostics and atomic physics);
influence of charge exchange reactions on ionization balance and power losses in Tore Supra ergodic divertor discharges.
