Science & technology policy in Southern Mediterranean countries: The cases of Egypt, Jordan, Tunisia and Turkey
The mandate of the Monitoring Committee for Science and Technology, which was established in the frame of the Barcelona Conference, is to stimulate dialogue and cooperation on Science and Technology policy issues as a contribution to the general objectives of the Euro-Mediterranean partenariat. The purpose of the present report is to give an overview of the all Research and Technological Development (RTD) and Science and Technology Systems of four selected countries (Egypt, Jordan, Tunisia and Turkey).
