The reduced current-voltage characteristic of PV arrays and its quasi-independence of ambient conditions
The reduced current-voltage characteristic of a PV array is obtained from the ordinary I-V form by scaling the current with the short circuit current and voltage with the open-circuit voltage. Thus the reduced characteristic is the function i = f(u), with i = I/Isc and v = V/V oc.
