Community Research and Development Information Service - CORDIS

This publication is the proceedings of Patinnova '94, the congress on innovation, management and patents, held in Copenhagen, Denmark on 2 to 4 June, 1994. The subject - patents - is international not only because the patent systems are integrated in the international agreements on patent cooperation but also because international competition is becoming more intense and patents are therefore gaining greater importance as an international competitive parameter. The objective of PATINNOVA conferences has been to draw the attention to some of the problems in the relationship between innovation and the protection of industrial property and to suggest solutions to those problems.
