After having studied the cases of (113)Cd and (109)Ag, we have performed the spin assignment measurement of (107)Ag neutron resonances. For the odd-even target nucleus (107)Ag, with spin and parity 1/2-, the s-resonances will have Jp1 equals 0-,1- and the p-resonances Jp1 is 0(+), 1(+), 2(+). Gamma rays from neutron capture in (107)Ag resonances were measured at the GELINA time-of-flight facility. The sample placed perpendicular to the beam at a flight distance of 12.85 m, consisted of 50g of silver powder, enriched to 98.3% (107)Ag, enclosed in an aluminium box. It was viewed by 2 coaxial intrinsic Germanium detectors of high efficiency. Capture gamma-rays in the range 01-7.3 MeV were measured in the neutron energy range from 10 to 1400 eV. We assigned the spin value of many of the s- and p-resonances in this energy range by using the well known low-level population method, which exploits the dependence of the population of the low-bound levels on the spin of the capturing state. This dependence is enhanced if the intensity ratio of 2 transitions depopulating levels of different spin is considered. In many cases the results of this method were complemented by the study of primary gamma-rays.
