This report contains Joint European Torus (JET) posters presented at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) technical committee meeting on H-mode physics, held in Kloster Seon, Germany, on 22-24 September 1997. Posters are included on the following subjects:

- Internal transport barriers in optimized shear plasmas in JET;
- Scaling of the H-mode power threshold for the international thermonuclear experimental reactor (ITER);
- Global and local conditions for the L-H and H-L transitions on JET;
- Particle and energy flow following giant edge-localized modes (ELM) in JET;
- Confinement of high current steady state ELMy H-mode with the JET mark II divertor;
- Transport properties and predictive modelling of JET H-mode and optimized shear discharges.
