Standardless quantitative phase analysis and determination of unit cell dimensions and crystallite size of magnetite, hematite, wustite and alpha iron using the Quasar program
The Quasar program, a standardless quantitative phase analysis technique, based upon the Rietveld method, has been used for the determination of the phase abundance of the iron oxides magnetite, hematite and wustite in surface layers of low carbon steel samples. The unit cell parameters and the crystallite sizes of the powder samples have also been determined.
