Abstract

The photolysis of a-tocopherol (I) in olive oil (O) and in some model systems was studied under sunlight and under artificial light by high performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The possible behaviour of photodegradation is discussed.
