Abstract

The EUREKA is a supportive network that exists to help European companies take advantage of the benefits of collaboration and to assist them in dealing effectively with some of the difficulties. This EUREKA guide reviews some of the key issues that should be considered when deciding upon the collaborative route. It also suggests some ways in which the often complex factors involved can be assessed effectively. It draws upon the experiences of past EUREKA participants in an attempt to identify good practice in planning, managing and achieving full benefit from collaborative projects.
