Due to the increasing complexity of products and applied processes the final tests of the endproducts is not any longer the ultimate guarantee for quality. The implications of quality claimed for the integration of all disciplines which could have an influence not only on the primary process but also on the supporting activities as well, resulted in the issue of the ISO 9000 norms.

This standard describes the minimum recommendations which must be fulfilled for the realization for both external - client orientated - and internal - producers liability management.

Although the ISO 9001 standard has no regulatory force, comes into effect in competative situations. For this reason the implementation of the quality management system has been forced by the demands and specifications of our clients nts
