Fracture toughness of silicon nitride/silicon carbide nanocomposite at 1300degrees celsius
The fracture toughness of silicon nitride and silicon carbide nanocomposites has been investigated at 1350 degrees celsius in air using the SEVNB technique at different loading rates from 0.61 to 1.0 mm/min.
