Magnetic excitations in Uga(3)
Uga(3) behaves as an itinerant antiferromagnet wit T(n) =67 K and an ordered moment of u= 0.7ub per uranium atom. In this paper we discuss the magnetic excitation spectrum investigation by inelastic neutron scattering. The spectrum can be described as a coupled system of two components: namely (I) as a quasi-elastic and (II) an inelastic response. The susceptibility of the quasi-elastic response exhibits an anomalous temperature dependence.
