Nuclear Power Reactors: Worldwide Status
Nuclear Technology today has to face problems of safety, waste, proliferation of fissile material, competitiveness in liberal markets and in some countries problems of acceptance. In North America and Europe the nuclear capacity has saturated and a strong demand for new nuclear power plants is limited to countries in Asia. In some countries, for instance Sweden and Germany, the future of nuclear technology has become unclear.
