This report describes the preparation of a cabbage reference material, the homogeneity and stability studies and the analytical work performed for the certification of the contents of selected trace and major elements. The report contains all the results and gives the methods used to certify the contents (mass fractions expressed as: mg/kg, and micrograms/kg, respectively on a dry matter basis) of the elements: As, B, Ba, Cd, Cu, Fe, Hg, Mo, Ni, Sb, Sr, TI, and Zn. Indicative values are given for Ca, Cr, Mg, Mn and P, whereas values are given for information for AI, Br, Co, K, Na, N, Pb, Rb, S, Se and Sn.
