Some key aspects of safety, fuel economy and the operating stability of plasma depend on the interaction of these materials with hydrogen isotopes. The purpose of the present experimental work is to determine the parameters characteristic of transporting hydrogen via the material: diffusibility (D), permeability (Phi), �trapping� constants (Nt, Et) and solubility (S) (Sieverts constant Ks). The experimental results obtained are the first provided for a 3D-SiCf/SiC. For the W this is the first experimental study carried out in the range of low temperatures using a transitory kinetic model with the evaluation of trapping parameters.
