Access to research infrastructures 2002. Volume A and Volume B

Many of Europe's top research facilities are often only accessible to entitled users, and access to them is increasingly indispensable for researchers working at the forefront of many fields of science and technology. For this reason the programme 'Improving Human Research Potential and the Socio-economic Knowledge Base (IHP) supports transnational access for researchers through its 'Access to Research Infrastructures' action. In addition to transnational access, the activity also funds co-operation networks and RTD projects.

This catalogue of projects funded by the ARI action of the IHP programme consists of two volumes. They contain brief descriptions, with illustrations, of the 139 facilities supported for access and the 30 Networks and 37 RTD projects that have been funded.
