Digital resolution of the equation for the kinetic drift of electrons in the presence of an inductive electric field
The equation for the kinetic drift of electrons is resolved digitally in the presence of an inductive electric field for a toric plasma of a circular, poloidal section with a large aspect ratio. The impact of the accelerated electrons on the bootstrap current is calculated, and the results compared with those obtained by code, using a different calculation method.
