Abstract

This brochure presents the activities of LabS TECH (Laboratories on Science and Technology for the conservation of the European Cultural Heritage), a network of prestigious conservation institutions, established with the purpose of promoting cooperation through European countries and diffusing the highest level of research in the field. The participating laboratories are expected to:
- Allow access to the available facilities and know-how;
- Foster cooperation through exchange of operators;
- Discuss and propose standards;
- Spread best practice in conservation;
- Seek to build up joint research projects.
