The use of in vitro models to detect cytochrome P450 polymorphism-related problem compounds
The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the capability of different in vitro systems to compare metabolism of drugs and substrates by different polymorphic cytochrome P450 enzymes. The work was carried out at the European Commission, Joint Research Centre, and Institute for Health and Consumer Protection, ECVAM Unit, Ispra (IT).
