Abstract

The aim of the JRC-Ispra station is to monitor atmospheric parameters such as the concentration of pollutants in the gas phase, the particulate phase and precipitations. It is particularly well suited for the participation in international monitoring programs like the Co-operative program for monitoring and evaluation of the long range transmission of air pollutants in Europe of the UN-ECE Convention on Long-Range Transboundry Air Pollution and the Global Atmospheric Watch Program of the World Meteorological Organization.
