Community Research and Development Information Service - CORDIS

Every Community shared-cost research project requires a research contract signed by the Commission and the project contractor(s). The contract lays down the main administrative, financial and technical arrangements for the management of the project. The contract also stipulates ownership rights with regard to the results of the project, together with the arrangements for their dissemination and exploitation. This document, which is annexed to the Green Paper on Innovation, gives a summarised description of the arrangements included in a standard contract.
