Abstract

Activity monitoring in PASR consists of a review of the reports and of the deliverables which are submitted by the Activity coordinator on behalf of the consortium. This document provides guidance and instructions to assist the consortium in preparing these reports and deliverables. It also describes the procedure for their submission to the Commission and contains a brief explanation of the review procedure.
These Guidance notes provide guidance for reporting in the frame of grant agreements under the Preparatory Action on Security Research (PASR). They in no way supersede the rules and conditions laid out, in particular, in the Commission Decision and Communication relevant to the Preparatory Action, the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Communities and its implementing rules, or the grant agreement and its annexes.
The following reports and deliverables need to be submitted during the lifetime of the activity. More details on content and structure can be found in the main body of the document.
