This study has the following objectives:
- analyse and assess technological, organisational, social, economical, legal and regulatory issues for innovative eGovernment services for the citizens in 2010 and beyond (2020 timeframe), and to propose specific actions and a roadmap to achieve them,
- generate new knowledge about innovative use of eGovernment applications and their adaptability in other Member States, concerning interfaces and languages,
- provide detailed analysis of potential impacts of the proposed eGovernment services, which can be used by decision-makers, and it should address the importance of such services in the context of i2010. ( and beyond,
- propose a generic concept of continuous innovation in eGovernment services, and assess its feasibility with respect to at least 3 prioritised and promising services.
- run an active web site with case studies for awareness and dissemination.
