Good Practice Services, Tender Specifications

This Call for Tenders has been divided into 2 separate Lots as follows:
Lot 1 - GPE - Good Practice Exchange
Lot 2 - Awards- European Awards
A Tender may be made for either Lot 1- GPE or Lot 2- Awards or for both Lot 1- GPE and Lot 2- Awards.
A tender made for any specific Lot of this Call, must cover the entirety of the activities specified within that Lot, and will be evaluated as such. Any tender found not to adequately cover all of the tasks of a Lot will be discarded for the Lot concerned. Furthermore, the tender for each Lot must be self-sufficient and independent of the tender submitted in response to the other Lot of this Call (if tenders are submitted to both lots). As such, the tender responses received for any given Lot will be evaluated independently from those received for the other Lot.
