Exploitable results – A long-term glider monitoring program in the Ibiza Channel
Result descriptionInvestigation of the high frequency variability in Mediterranean circulation (days to weeks time scales) from gliders at a biodiversity ‘hot spot’ with profound implication on circulation and ecosystem variability. The seasonal to sub-seasonal variability of the transport of water masses in the Ibiza Channel is characterized.
