Computerized System for Soil Compaction Evaluation.

An innovative, non-nuclear soil compaction measuring device that is safe, accurate, portable and easy to use. Delivers immediate on-site evaluation, eliminating the need for further laboratory tests.
These devices constitute the only advanced technology used to obtain on-site evaluation of the soil compaction quality. The offered technology is of an innovative, non-nuclear soil compaction measuring device. It delivers immediate on-site evaluation, eliminating the need for further laboratory tests.

The device has the following applications:

a) A vibrating table for laboratory use, which establishes the soil's dynamic properties. The system includes vibratory engines and frequency controllers, sensors, a storage compartment (intended to hold samples of the soil which is to be compacted) and CPU.

b) A small portable vibrating devise for on-site evaluation of the compaction rate in REAL TIME (based on the data received from the lab. device). The system includes small vibratory engines with a frequency controller, a sensor and CPU connection. This module is a detachable part of the laboratory system.

The technology is:
Based on electrical and electro-mechanic components and is completely safe (involves no radioactivity).
Suitable to any soil material, including asphalt and clay.
