HarsBase is a collection of links to chemical reaction safety related data such as flash points, heat capacities, etc. An overview of content and value of each link is given either in a short abstract or, in more concentrated form, in a table. Additionally, a page is presented describing different calorimeter types and those that are commercially available. The information provided includes technical data like working principles, temperature and pressure ranges as well as an indication of advantages, disadvantages and requirements for operation. It also includes a collection of literature references called HarsLibrary, where additional information can be found on books and articles concerning chemical safety. The contents of HarsBase are:
- Books and journals
- Substances and Properties
- Safety Laboratories
- Organizations
- Scientific Working Groups
