The software questionnaire toolbox known as the GOA-Workbench has been developed so that organisations can now analyse group opinions, and make far more effective use of the retrieved data. Field-tested in 7 different languages and over 100 state and industrial organisations, this workbench evolved from several interlinked research projects. The end result is a modern toolbox that can reduce operational expenditures by as much as 30 percent.

GOA-Workbench is an effective collation of individual GOA modules, rendered into one power-packed application. As a result, when customers acquire the GOA-Workbench, they purchase all the relevant modules that are currently in existence. This also includes some modules that cannot be purchased as stand-alone applications.

Irrespective of the type of the management driven survey or assessment, the GOA-Workbench can utilise various knowledge bases because it contains catalogue questions. The GOA-Workbench incorporates an array of specific modules and they are able to provide and effective and stable platform for subjects such as Total Quality Management and Human Resources Management.

These applications include, European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM), a customer inquiry, a people inquiry, a management evaluation, a TRIGONUM and a balanced Q-Card. Thus the workbench uses questionnaires and algorithms needed to analyse and assess customer and employee satisfaction, and also has the option to assist companies fine-tune their own corporate strategy.

The current state of the GOA-Workbench contains 10 different knowledge bases. Further, as demand continues to grow, the development team will continue to look for additional knowledge bases and integrate them into the workbench accordingly. Product demand continues because IBK is presently engaged in searching for distribution partners in the European theatre, with a view to extending product scope and network support worldwide.
