Offering new electronic solutions

Global demand for electronic solutions in a variety of settings is continuously pushing the boundaries of the technologies offered. Now, an Italian-based SME aims to reduce time intervals involved in the development and production of electronic cards from concept to final product, based on a revolutionary software code.
Offering new electronic solutions
Electronic cards incorporate printed circuits the development and production of which can be a time-consuming and challenging process. An Italian company has developed a novel process methodology, which manages to integrate the design phase with the prototype-production phase thus shortening the time requirements involved.

At the same time, the approach ensures a rise in productivity by introducing specific innovations at the manufacturing stage, including soldering capabilities. The company employs the 'traditional' pin through hole (PTH) as well as the more advanced surface-mounted technology (SMT). The developed software allows for the production of the printed circuit and the electronic card prototypes locally, overcoming current obstacles faced by a number of companies.

The company can deliver a single phase of the entire process, comprising of printed circuit development, production and prototype assembly or the entire production cycle. A prototype is available for testing and collaborations are sought to technically optimise the product. The end result could aid electronic production by introducing new time-efficient processes and shortening delivery times.
