The device functions as a warning when tyre pressure has fallen below 25% or a minimal value in a single tyre or a combination of tyres. The system consists of a device made up of two parts. One is a wheel unit that is located in every wheel and measures pressure and temperature. The wheel unit has three main components including a sensor, a transmitter and a battery. The second part of the device is a control unit that is found in the cabin and can receive, calculate and display data from the wheels. Furthermore, every wheel has its unique code that can indicate any wheel or combination of wheels that need to be inflated.

The device is lightweight and small and can endure over time even in harsh environments. Since it integrates all features available on the market into one, it is also economic. Moreover, it is easy to use, exhibits high performance and accuracy and is adaptable to customer's needs since it is applicable in cars, trucks and buses. In terms of safety, it has a three-level alert system including an emergency alert to stop immediately in case of fast loss of pressure or if the wheel over-heats.
