Image Exec Summary :

This report presents the data models developed by the pilot sites, based on the previous user needs analysis, and to be used as the starting point for their database design. It also describes the framework of the development process agreed on the consortium level, and the organisational concepts defined for management and utilisation of the future integrated information system. The general characteristics of the software specifications for the new components are briefly introduced.

In their valuation of the practical feasibility of Transmodel, all three sites concluded significant benefits in terms of an increased efficiency of the development process and an improved quality of its results from the use of the European standard.
