Abstract
Research objectives and content Nowadays every European enterprise faces a drastic disrupture: this is as much the result of the introduction of flexibility which reorganizes the factory social and political space, as the result of the vast deregulation trend which goes with flexibility and makes it possible. I intend to study this new situation in Germany. The point is therefore to bring out the specificity and singularity of the processes at work in Germany. The anthropological analysis will be based on an analysis of the forms of thinking from themselves. Factory fielworks will be realized with metallurgy workers. What do German workers think of work and factory in a context marked by the introduction of flexibility and the calling into question of collective bargainings ? This is the central question. Training content (objective, benefit and expected impact) Working within D. Soskice research Unit in WZB, a European and pluridisciplinary unit will allow me to deepen my knowledge of the most recent researches on work and employement, in Europe and in Germany; and to put my hypothesis to the test by submitting them to the critics of qualified researchers. Being in Germany will allow me - to organize the fieldworks in factories in very good conditions, - and to meet industrial managers and Trade Unions.
