Themes of the conference:
+ The understanding of the causes and consequences of the financial crisis of 2007/09 and its after effects in individual countries and across key sectors, and the roles of financialisation in the generation and transmission of the financial crisis.
+ Policies and policy development for a financial system operating in the interests of society.

+ Financialisation and financial crisis: the national experiences
+ Financialisation and financial crisis: sectoral experiences
+ Regulating the financial sector in an era of financialisation
+ Financialisation and industry
+ Financialisation and environmental sustainability
+ Macroeconomic policies and financial stability under financialisation

+ When: Thursday 16th and Friday 17th October 2014
+ Where: JM Hotel Warsaw, Poland

+ Conference fee:
€45 per day (€90 for two days) to include lunch and refreshments (PhD students €35 per day).
Dinner (€20) will be available as an additional option during registration.
