CAREWELL & BEYOND SILOS final conference

Both projects will come to an end in January 2017 after three years of successful implementation of technology-enabled integrated eCare services in 11 European regions.
During the conference, partners will present and share experiences on a number of topics, including:
- Evaluation and economic outcomes
- A predictive modelling methodology approach
- Change management in implementing technology-enabled integrated care
- An integration matrix for the construction of new models for delivery of health and social care
These results are intended to support decision makers, managers from health, social and third sector institutions, professionals, technology providers, and telecommunications entities in managing deployment of integrated eCare services.
