It does NOT cover deliverables or publications uploaded by project beneficiaries — those follow per-project Grant Agreement terms.
- **Personal data:** project factsheets include names and contact details of principal investigators and project officers, protected by Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 (EUDPR). Processing this personal data requires a separate legal basis independent of copyright.

- **Preferred access for agents:** use the SPARQL endpoint or bulk datasets on data.europa.eu for large-scale or automated access; individual page scraping at scale is discouraged and covered by Crawl-delay in robots.txt.
