The tender will be divided into three lots: - Lot 1: analysis and study of a transnational cooperation programme between two or more active organisations involved in stimulating technology in SMEs and running a SME network; - Lot 2: analysis of transnational technological networking among clusters of existing SMEs in relation to technology complexes; - Lot 3: analysis of transnational data communications networking between two or more clusters of SMEs. Interested parties may tender for one or more lots with each contract lasting for one year.
