The International Cooperation Networking Association (ICNA) is an international support network for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The organisation, which likens itself to a multifunctional Swiss Army knife, has now added another tool to its arsenal with the launch of 'Positive Contact' a magazine aimed at promoting international cooperation.

This new publication covers aims to offer practical information, contacts and access to a global network for SMEs. It will cover topics such as the effect of new technologies on the field of training, setting up strategic partnerships in Central and Eastern Europe, and how to succeed in joint ventures.

The ICNA has also recently completed the first stage of a project setting up a 'virtual training' website where members of the network can easily access information to assist successful collaborations and partnerships.
